<\/p>Can\u2019t believe I have just completed my 4th Round the Bay in a Day. Sure it is like child birth. You don\u2019t remember how far or how hard 210km is on a bike until you are half way through and too late the bail out.\"\"<\/a>\n

Might have some photos soon, but I certainly have the sore derriere to remember it by. Oh and a pretend gold medal!<\/p>\n
